Christmas time is here!

I hope all of you have a Merry Christmas! I know it is hard to remember, with all the hustle and bustle we have at this time, but I try to make time to reflect on why we have Christmas.

It truly is the miracle of all that God would send his son in human form to save us. When you think about it, it is the most loving thing that can be done for all of us.

I hope this year we take the time to celebrate his birthday and be thankful for the little one born in the manger, not in a palace. Yet he was King of King and Lord of Lords. He was the best gift ever given.

I hope all of you enjoy your day with family and friends and feel blessed by the birth of our Lord and Savior. 

I look forward to the sparkle in my grandchildren’s eyes as they get up to see what good old St Nick left under the tree. There is nothing like the magic of Christmas. I love a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and watch as the children as they enjoy Santa’s gifts. Nothing like being with family, young and old, and celebrating the day!
