From Raleigh, Greensboro, Winston-Salem
Take I-40 West.
Follow US 421 Bypass to Boone.
Continue on NC 105 to the NC 184 intersection.
Take NC 184 to Banner Elk.
Turn left at the Banner Elk light onto NC 194.
The Lodge is 3.2 miles on the left, just past Eagles Nest.
From Charlotte
Take I-77 North.
Turn left onto US 421 to Boone.
Continue on NC 105 to the NC 184 intersection.
Take NC 184 to Banner Elk.
Turn left at the Banner Elk light onto NC 194.

Take I-40 East.
Exit at Old Fort to US 70.
Turn left onto US 221.
